Buying Bodylite products online

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their shopping experience with us online at www.bodylitegear.com.

Please read our policies before making a purchase with us to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our refund policy.

Under Irish law, you have the right to:

• Send the good back to us if it is faulty or in need of repair

When you receive a delivery from us, or if you have used our click & collect service and are collecting your item(s) at our factory, please inspect the item(s) immediately to make sure you are completely satisfied that the item(s) match the description you were provided with and the item(s) are of acceptable quality.

What is your return or exchange policy?

If within 30 days you are not entirely satisfied with your Bodylite™ purchase, you may return it in new condition. Please return it to the address listed below. Enclose your packing slip with your order number, and provide instruction on whether you would like to return or exchange your purchase. Refunds & exchanges are dealt with once the items have been returned to our factory.

Christmas Orders: For orders made between Saturday 20th November - 21th December  have 45 days to initate a refund (item(s) only) or an exchange as long as the item is in it's original undamged state.

*We will refund the cost of the merchandise and tax only. All shipping charge are non-refundable.

Bodylite™ is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Each order is provided with a tracking number. We will try our best to assist you to track where you parcel may be.

What is the Bodylite™ 30-day money back guarantee?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Bodylite™ purchase, then as long as it is within 30 days of the date of purchase and there is no damage, you can send it back and we will refund 100% of your money no questions asked (Not including shipping). We stand by our product so much that we know you will love it!

*Conditions: If returned, the product must be returned in its original state. If the product is refunded then it must not have a wear and tear or customer induced damage that would void this warranty. If the damage is due to a manufacturer defect then we will cover that under our 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty policy!

What is the Bodylite Night Runner 2-year manufacturer warranty?

We stand by our quality! With that said, if you purchase our product we want you to expect nothing less than complete satisfaction with the quality of our product. So this is why every Bodylite Night Runner will automatically come with a 2-Year Warranty. So keep this warranty close and purchase with confidents and peace.

*Conditions: This lamp is guaranteed for 2 years against defect in materials or manufacture. Exclusions from the warranty: batteries, normal wear and tear, oxidation, modifications or alterations, incorrect storage, poor maintenance, damage due to accidents, to negligence, and to uses for which this product was not designed.

**Proof of purchase will be required.
