Shipping Policy


  • Information on Christmas orders.

The last date for Christmas deliveries is the 21/12/2022 before 1 pm. Bodylite recommends ordering no later than 15/12/2022 for Christmas deliveries, as stated in our other policies we cannot control what delivery companies do but we will do everything to help you get your order in time.

For orders made between Saturday 20th November - 21th December 2022 have 45 days to initiate a refund (item(s) only) or exchange as long as the item is in its original undamaged state.

Because we ship our product via independent carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery dates during these busy times. We will help as much as possible to follow up on missing orders.

  • How quickly will I receive my order?

Usually in 1-2 days but in some cases, it can take up to 3-5 working days after your order is placed. If you have not received your order within 5 days we recommend getting in touch and we will help in getting your order to you as quickly as possible. 

Orders are processed and fulfilled the business day of which the order was made if ordered before 1 pm. If the order is placed after 1 pm the order is fulfilled the next business day.

*Note: Products ordered after 1 pm on a Friday are not processed until Monday after that weekend.

  • Where is my tracking information?

You should receive a tracking number with your order via email when the order is ready for delivery. Orders via An Post do not include tracking numbers unless otherwise stated.

Bodylite® is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather natural disasters, or strikes.
