Christmas Delivery Schedule:

Ireland: Order before 12:00 pm on Tuesday 16/12/2025 to get your order in time for Christmas.

Orders after this cutoff will be fulfilled once we return from the Christmas break 5th & 6th of January 2026.

This is the schedule we have been given by An Post. However, we recommend coming to our HQ or to one of our retailers to guarantee getting your products in time for Christmas.

We do not recommend leaving the order for the dates given above. We cannot guarantee that items will be delivered. If you order on the last couple of days before the deadline it will be very hard to track and trace any orders that have not been delivered. We will do our best to help with any missing orders.

How quickly will I receive my order:

Ireland:

You can usually expect your order in 1-2 days but in some cases, it can take up to 3-5 working days after your order is placed. If you have not received your order within 5 days we recommend getting in touch and we will help in getting your order to you as quickly as possible. 

United Kingdom & Europe:

We use FedEx as our parcel delivery service. You can expect your order in 3-5 days. If you have not received your order within 5 days we recommend getting in touch and we will help in getting your order to you as quickly as possible. 

Orders are processed and fulfilled the business day on which the order was made if ordered before 1 pm. If the order is placed after 1 pm the order is fulfilled the next business day.

*Note: Products ordered after 1 pm on a Friday are not processed until Monday after that weekend.

Where is my tracking information?

You should receive a tracking number with your order via email when the order is ready for delivery. Orders via An Post do not include tracking numbers unless otherwise stated.

Can I get free shipping on my order?

Currently free shipping is only available in Ireland & Northern Ireland on orders over €50. Due to international shipping increases, orders to the USA, Europe & UK or anywhere outside Ireland cannot avail of free shipping.

Please note: We do not cover any import duties, taxes, or customs charges for orders shipped outside of Ireland. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged upon delivery by your local customs authority.

Bodylite® is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather natural disasters, or strikes.
