Absolutely love these shorts for running.They are the best I have found after alot of searching.The main thing I love is they don't ride up when running. They feel so comfortable and they give you alot of support too. They have made my runs very comfortable.

I love that these don't ride up at all and my phone is snug in the pocket. Size wise, I could have actually gone a size down and got medium and I think they would still fit well. I have a couple of other branded double layered shorts and they both ride up.
